Primary responsibilities for this position include 1) greeting visitors, 2) coordinating tours for visiting guests, 3) processing flag requests, 4) reviewing, sorting, and responding to incoming constituent mail, 5) managing the internship program, and 6) drive Member and other staff to and from events.
