Executive Services Administrator/Chief of Staff

EMPLOYEE JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Executive Services Administrator/Chief of Staff COMPENSATION: $40,000-$60,000 with full benefits GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Provide direct administrative support to the President/CEO, four Vice Presidents, and all staff at Kimbell and Associates. The ideal candidate will have impeccable organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. Willingness to occasionally work after hours and complete small ad-hoc projects to maintain business continuity and operations is a must. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Directly supporting the President/CEO in all logistic and operations duties such as: Maintaining the schedule, managing the rolodex, and handling communications  Organizing and setting up all staff meetings  Organizing appointments, meetings, inquiries, and requests through email and phone correspondence  Training and supervising 1-2 interns for office management and errands  Devising and maintaining firm filing system and document management  Receive and allocate incoming calls  Arranging travel, transportation, and hotel accommodations  Welcoming and greeting visitors  Managing daily office operations, logistics, and supplies  Handling mail and deliveries  Liaison to landlord and building management  Coordinating daily reservations, catering, or events  Responsible for building security card maintenance Qualified candidates should submit a resume to: Chris May Director, Finance & Operations Jeffrey J.
