Operations Manager -- Beacon Consulting Group, Inc.
Beacon Consulting Group, Inc., a small, highly regarded government relations firm representing nonprofit organizations seeks an Operations Manager with Capitol Hill/Executive Branch experience and/or knowledge. The Operations Manager will assume all responsibilities in office operations, providing support to professional staff and clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate and support business development efforts and client contracts. • Manage billing, accounts receivable and provide support to bookkeeper • Maintain hard and network filing systems • Assist with/coordinate staff travel • Maintain weekly/monthly firm schedule • Assist staff on as needed basis with research projects and communications on behalf of clients • Office Management—includes management of vendors and invoices, supply inventory • Manage IT support • General reception duties Qualifications: • Minimum two years professional experience • Superior organizational skills • Strong research, writing and communications skills • Polite, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines Please send resume and salary requirements to email@example.com.
