Executive Assistant/Scheduler -- PR Firm
Position Available - Executive Assistant/Scheduler A public relations firm - providing strategic advice to companies, trade associations, non-profits, and individuals - is seeking an executive assistant and scheduler to the President/CEO to perform a range of duties in a fast-paced environment. The position requires providing the firm's President/CEO with support that includes, but is not limited to: monitoring client priorities, organizing meetings, organizing special projects, scheduling, drafting documents and correspondence, and research. S/he must have excellent writing skills, be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, balance multiple priorities at the same time, work efficiently and independently on projects when needed, and report back to the President/CEO in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Capitol Hill EA/scheduler, with a strong knowledge of meeting/event planning, calendar maintenance, constituent/client relations, and travel arrangements. S/he must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines as well as interact with all levels of professionals inside and outside of the firm.
