Understand funding & budgeting & build relationships & Grainger Value to those in command of • Assist with proactive measures to best position Grainger within DOD, including help in shaping strategy 2. Evaluator of solicitations and responses (Grainger and competitors) to strengthen competencies in this area • Objective review • Increase competitive position • Uncover and enhance differentiators • Communicate required capabilities 3. Monitor future trends, translate to impact to Company& validate direction • Advisory Board to help develop/validate direction including coverage & capabilities • Review Operational issues, validate and create tactical plan 4.
