PLEN360° Summit

The mission of the Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN) is to increase the number of women in top leadership positions influencing all aspects of the public policy process. PLEN360°: Leadership Skills for Career Success is a professional development series that will give young women the opportunity to learn, lead and leverage their Washington DC work experience from all angles to achieve their career goals. This is a summary of the two programs: PLEN360° Summit This interactive two-day skills and leadership training is for women starting their D.C. careers. Workshops include: · Networking 101 Strategy Session · Personal Brand Training · Salary Negotiation Workshop PLEN360°: Using Myers-Briggs Typing to Take Charge of Your Career Self-knowledge is key to your success. This Myers-Briggs Type® (“Type”) Workshop will give you the tools you need to make the best choices about your career, your classes and your life. This workshop will be led by Arudia, catalysts for executives stepping into power. If you are hosting interns this summer or have young professionals on your staff, it’s a great way to provide a professional development opportunity. Please share with summer intern coordinators, current college students, recent graduates, young professional women, colleagues, friends, parents and others who might have an interest.
