Legislative Assistant -- House Member Personal Office

Congressman Randy Neugebauer seeks a Legislative Assistant with a background in agriculture and health care issues. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent writer and will handle additional issues as assigned. Experience with agriculture issues a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing Member for briefings and floor activity, as well as developing legislative initiatives and staffing the Congressman’s Agriculture Committee responsibilities. Candidates should possess 2 years of Capitol Hill experience and have knowledge of the legislative process.
