Communications & Marketing Program Manager (Washington, DC) National transportation association seeks a self-motivated and energetic professional with 1-2 years of experience for fast-paced D.C. office, to manage a variety of communications, membership outreach and development, committee organization, and meetings activities. Successful candidate should have interest in national politics and policy issues. Requires strong written and oral communications skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle several projects at once. Position also includes development of marketing materials and other PR duties so experience with InDesign and Photoshop for PC-based system is necessary. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills are also important. Proficiency in html coding is a bonus. Excellent benefits and work environment; within walking distance of Metro.
