Skill and experience in writing and editing of print and electronic materials, including website content. Skill in collaborative problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation and active listening. Skill in analyzing complex subjects in a timely manner, researching and providing logical presentations. Ability to successfully coordinate multiple priorities and responsibilities in a deadline driven environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate/advanced competency in PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Excel, and Outlook.. Knowledge of HTML preferred. Skilled in using Internet browser/internet research-based methods and Web content software applications, particularly related to and experience with graphic design layout, pod and video casting, social media, etc. Bachelor’s Degree in Public Affairs, Political Science or related degree required with 3-5 years of political, public affairs, or government relations preferred; law degree with 1-3 years of experience in executive, legislative, corporate, and or private sector a plus. Association related experience preferred.
