Executive Assistant/Scheduler -- House Member Personal Office

Executive Assistant/Scheduler – PA Republican seeking an Executive Assistant/Scheduler in the DC office. The candidate must have ties to Pittsburgh and knowledge of Southwestern PA; is preferably from the region; is highly confident; possesses strong people skills with exceptional attention to detail; and is comfortable working in a demanding environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: process all scheduling requests, invitations and events for Member’s calendar for DC and district; respond to all invitations, either by written email correspondence or by personal telephone call; maintain office contact lists; make travel arrangements; handle Member correspondence; ensure the Member is provided with briefing materials for each event by coordinating with event participants and the appropriate legislative and/or district staff; and assist with other executive assistant/office manager duties as assigned.
