We are a creative, fast-moving company made up of personnel with decades of combined experience in political campaigns. This position will give you experience in a wide variety of areas. Responsibilities • Mastering the auto dial platform to include file management, program set up, quality assurance, and reporting. • Assisting the accounts team in meeting client needs with prompt response to client contact • Management of Advantage’s sound file recording system in conjunction with appropriate client account manager • Providing client support and program set up on occasional evenings and weekends, as needed • Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications • One to three years of campaign, hill, and/or political intern experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Required Education • Bachelor’s degree
