American Chiropractic Association, the nation’s largest and most widely recognized chiropractic organization, seeks a Director of Federal and Regulatory Affairs for our office located in Arlington, VA. The candidate reports to the Vice President of Government Relations and will be responsible for carrying out the Association’s policy and regulatory goals on Capitol Hill and with relevant federal agencies. We offer competitive a salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities include monitoring and lobbying legislative issues on the federal level with expertise in generating, identifying, and prioritizing related health care policy issues; educating legislators, regulators and Association members; and drafting policy statements, regulatory comments and legislative testimony.
BA degree in relevant field required. Candidate must have at least three years experience in government and/or private sector advocacy w/health-related organization.
