Heather Podesta + Partners (HP+P) - a cutting-edge government relations firm providing strategic advice to companies, trade associations, non-profits, and individuals - is seeking an executive assistant to the President/CEO to perform a range of duties in a fast-paced environment.
The position requires providing the firm's President/CEO with support that includes, but is not limited to: monitoring client priorities, organizing meetings, organizing special projects, scheduling, drafting documents and correspondence, and research. S/he must have excellent writing skills, be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, work efficiently and independently on projects when needed, and report back to the President/CEO in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with scheduling meeting arrangements, calendar maintenance, constituent/client relations, and travel arrangements preferred. S/he must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines as well as interact with all levels of professionals inside and outside of the firm.
