Non-profit trade association is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of administrative assistant to a staff of four. The position requires excellent people skills, phone manners, strong writing and organizational talent. Applicant must be proficient at a minimum with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and PowerPoint. Also the ability to take comprehensive notes and aptitude with social networking websites is necessary. In addition to administrative duties, the position would include working with website development and maintenance, meeting planning and preparation, and more.
