Metro Area To Apply: Job Description As a division of CSG International, one of the largest business support solution (BSS) providers, our Government Solutions Team provides unique data management ingest solutions to a global client base. Our Executive Director, Cyber Security Marketing Solutions leads the global marketing efforts around the expansion of our Cyber Security related solutions (e.g., CSG Dynamic Adaptive Defense) to the broader government, energy/utilities, communication service providers, and commercial industries. Be a key foundational element in our newly formed Cyber Security team through the development of the business case and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy that launches and scales our CSG’s Cyber Security practice! Key Areas of Responsibility: • Lead the development of a highly strategic GTM plan for CSG Cyber Security solutions to key industries – government, energy/utilities, communications, and commercial • Collaborate with sales, product management, product marketing, regional marketing, and Government Solution strategy teams to develop and execute the initial GTM plan for Cyber Security • Develop and execute the initial GTM entry plan leveraging and leading efforts including lead gen campaigns, PR/media efforts, trade events, and digital marketing • Assist with the development of partner marketing plans for named key partners (TBD) • Develop sales tools and collateral materials, along with messaging and positioning statements, for use by the sales team • Participate in company social media activities, helping to drive dialogue and engagement • Manage media tours, on-site visits, and PR at key global events and tradeshows Desired Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree with the equivalent work experience; a minimum of 10 years progressive experience within integrated marketing/communications, public relations, media relations, and digital marketing; Masters’ in business/marketing or related field strongly preferred • Previous background in Internet, technology, and/or B2B PR within the government, utilities/energy, and cyber security verticals required • The ideal candidate will be someone who is a self-starter, entrepreneurial, creative, an excellent communicator, with experience in introducing new, high profile solutions to highly competitive and aggressive markets • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage global teams that encompass a wide range of functional areas, including sales, professional services, product management, and executive management • Demonstrated experience in creating effective, results-driven strategic marketing plans and market entry efforts including strategic communication pieces, thought leadership, and eminence campaigns • Highly proficient verbal, writing, and editing skills • Strong project management and decision-making skills • Experience in BSS/OSS industry strongly preferred • Up to 25% travel required • Active or recent Federal Government Security Clearances a plus – the job requirements will require a US Federal Clearance process As a CSG Executive Director, Cyber Security Solutions, your contributions to our success are a big advantage to the company and we believe you deserve to have a valuable selection of benefits, competitive pay, and total rewards in return.
