Executive Personal Assistantt Fast-paced, independent boutique lobbying firm in Washington, DC seeks assistant to support CEO. Administrative responsibilities will include scheduling a high volume of meetings and appointments, setting up meetings and conference calls, travel arrangements, business correspondence, and handling incoming calls. Position also requires running errands, scheduling personal appointments and travel, making reservations, placing orders, and coordinating events logistics. The ideal candidate must have at least one year previous experience supporting a senior level executive and be hard working, flexible, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must possess a professional manner, strong organizational and decision-making skills, a high attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, and confidentiality when conducting business on behalf of the firm.
