Legislative Director -- House Member Personal Office

Legislative Director: NJ Republican seeks a Legislative Director to manage legislative staff and advise the Congressman on all legislative matters. Responsibilities include monitoring activity on the House floor, responding to constituent inquiries, and writing and reviewing legislative memos. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling issues related to transportation (especially aviation), labor, appropriations, and taxes. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, communication and writing skills, at least four years of legislative experience, and previous supervisory experience.
