The Field Director is responsible for creating, implementing and
executing a field plan for an open seat county race in Dauphin County,
PA. The Field Director will manage field organizers/interns to build
the volunteer infrastructure necessary to execute a voter contact

that data is utilized properly; including cutting walk lists,
recording results, creating proper survey questions, using advanced
targeting methods, etc.
