Federal Affairs Manager / Grassroots Strategist Leading health care association is seeking a junior lobbyist/grassroots specialist to lead aggressive expansion of Federal advocacy programs. This position offers a key role in representing and advancing an outstanding organization’s interests on Capitol Hill, with Federal agencies and within the health care sector. The Federal Affairs Manager/Grassroots Specialist will also develop new grassroots initiatives, recruit and inform activists, prepare legislative updates and alerts and help plan and execute an annual grassroots conference. Candidates should have 1-3 years of Capitol Hill, political campaign or advocacy association experience, an advanced understanding of grassroots advocacy and proven written and oral communications skills.
