Communications Director - Oklahoma Republican seeks a qualified and experienced communications director to manage and coordinate all communications activities. Candidates must have 2 years of press experience and possess strong written and oral communications skills as well as an understanding of legislative issues. Legislative Assistant – The office of Congressman Geoff Davis is seeking a dedicated individual with at least two to three years of Hill experience to join his hard-working, fast-paced team. The position will primarily cover trade, transportation and defense issues – experience with those issues is preferred. The position will also include additional policy issue areas. Responsibilities will include crafting legislation and amendments, advising the Congressman on assigned issues, constituent mail within issue areas and developing constituent outreach and communication initiatives. Strong writing and interpersonal skills are essential for any successful candidate.
