Senior Public Affairs Advisor
Your expertise will be leveraged to ensure journalists, public officials and staff, business and opinion leaders, and the community understand how Novozymes’ solutions make smart business sense for the United States. As a vital member of our growing North American Positioning team, you will help develop and deliver effective messages and materials to support our corporate strategy.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Communications, Political Science, Journalism or related field. Masters degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Communications with extensive experience understanding policy, rules and regulations and articulating them in clear, concise and engaging terms.
• Related experience must include crisis management, speaking on-the-record, developing communication materials (including published OpEds and Letters to the Editor, as well as speeches and press releases, electronic newsletters and blogs), and working with social media.
• To be successful at Novozymes you must be innovative, creative, and think dynamically. You should be self-motivated and articulate.
• The ability to travel up to 40% initially, which will later settle to approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
