The district is one of the largest in the country, encompassing 70,000 square miles. The job could be based in beautiful Bend (central Oregon) or Medford (southern Oregon). Our district offices in Bend and Medford are very employee-friendly and located in the heart of each town’s downtown area. This job would work closely with our DC Executive Assistant/Scheduler, who worked for Congressman Walden in one of our district offices before moving to DC a year ago and would be a very good “teacher” about the district particulars. Congressman Walden commutes home to Oregon most weeks of the year, and travels throughout the large district frequently.
