Washington, DC boutique law firm specializing in financial services matters, including bank regulatory, consumer payment products (debit/credit cards, checks, money transmission), data privacy and data security matters, seeks a full-time Associate with 1-3 years experience in a law firm or government agency.
Experience in financial services (banking/securities/insurance) regulatory matters and/or corporate and financial transactional matters is essential to be considered. Experience in drafting and negotiating corporate documents is a strong plus.
Candidate must have graduated in top quarter of law school class and had law journal experience. Compensation competitive.
