SYSTEMS AND MAIL ADMINISTRATOR -
Senate office has an immediate opening for a Systems and Mail Administrator using VOICE Constituent Management System. Responsibilities include management of the portfolio and performance of LCs as well as the overall management of all incoming and outgoing mail. Candidate works closely with legislative staff to ensure that existing letters are updated properly. Candidate will also brainstorm possible proactive mailings to constituents and then be charged with full management of all proactive mailings. Candidate’s responsibilities will also include creating and managing user accounts, monitoring and backing up file and print servers, providing technical support on PCs, printers, blackberries, and other office equipment for DC and state offices as well as handling hardware/software purchasing, and systems maintenance.
