Internship - A Capitol Hill (unpaid) internship is available starting in August to assist Congressman Steve Scalise (LA-01) and his staff in the day-to-day operations of the office answering telephones, greeting visitors, guiding tours of the Capitol, and assisting in legislative projects. As an intern, you will be able to shadow the Congressman in committee and meetings. Interns are encouraged to attend committee hearings and briefings contingent that work in the office is complete. Our interns will experience a firsthand view of the legislative process and an all inclusive Capitol Hill experience.
