Executive Assistant – Boutique Government Relations Firm
Small government relations firm looking for executive assistant for former Republican Member of Congress. Coordinate administrative activities, manage and schedule appointments, meetings, telephone and conference calls for personal and firm related activities. Serve as liaison with client, corporate and nonprofit boards. Arrange transportation, accommodations and prepare required expense reports. Prepare, manage and adjust daily schedules. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential materials. Position requires maturity, poise, tact and diplomacy, self motivation and ability to prioritize. Excellent public relations and communications skills required and the ability to quickly create correspondence and respond to the media. Ability to multi-task essential. Also will be supportive to the office manager and members of the firm government relations practice team. Capitol Hill experience preferred.
