Legislative Director – Congressman Lou Barletta (R-PA) is accepting applications for a Legislative Director to develop an active constituent mail system, oversee legislative priorities, handle committee work including hearing briefs, manage legislative staff, and assist in the preparation talking points and floor speeches. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of Capitol Hill experience and 3 years legislative staff experience. Previous L.D. experience is a plus. Candidates must have attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, be able to work with a team, and possess written and oral skills. Pennsylvania ties are preferred. Staff Assistant - Representative Bill Cassidy is looking to hire a new staff assistant whose primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering telephones, providing tours and arranging tour requests, sorting mail, handling flag requests, and assisting with other general office duties. This is an entry level position. Successful candidates must be extremely organized, personable, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
