Military Legislative Assistant

Military Legislative Assistant – Republican member of Senate Armed Services and VA Committees seeks experienced Military LA to advance national security and veterans affairs agenda. Candidate should have deep policy expertise, several years Hill experience, and a proven record of legislative success on defense issues. Strong writing, analytical, and teamwork skills are required. Successful candidates will be able to deliver short-term needs while meeting long-term project deadlines. Knowledge of the defense authorization and appropriations process is a must.
