Scheduler/Executive Assistant/Office Manager Position available in a fun, fast paced government relations office serving retail clients.
• Duties include but are not limited to scheduling, administrative support, office management, assisting with office invoices and expenses, and meeting planning.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills including ability to set priorities, juggle multiple tasks, organize time effectively, conduct research, and identify resources for projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous scheduling experience required. Knowledge of Capitol Hill is preferred.
